Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@monasintimatecare.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team will be happy to review your request and provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for items opened, used, or returned due to a change of mind.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion to ensure fairness and equality for all customers.
